I totally stole this bad ass pic from TBD. Apparently this rainy weather isn't going anywhere and people (i.e. the local news) are freaking out! It's a flood watch!The real storm is supposed to hit DC this afternoon/early-evening and could take out some tree limbs...and there really is a flood watch in effect until Wednesday afternoon. I don't have good rain shoes and I don't think my moon boots are appropriate for this weather. I might freak out too!
