I am so freaking excited to see my friend Julia tomorrow. She's coming down from NYC and Julie James and I are meeting her on the rooftop of Perry's to catch up...and most likely gossip.The rain today (and talk of snow...come on DC!) is a little intimidating, but my boys over at Capitol Weather Gang assure me that it will not rain tomorrow.
