No, I am not referring to the image from last post - though my friends are all totally hot. The heat index in DC is 99 degrees! There is a slight breeze but at this temperature it just feels like someone breathing on you and that is not cool.The heat is going to stick around but slowly cool down. By Thursday the temp will be in the low 80s again.
