The cold temps are bad enough, but this wind is killing me! It's supposed to ease up later tomorrow, but for now, bundle up!I really shouldn't complain though b/c I took a look at the weather in Kosovo. It's nice on Thursday when I arrive but by election day on Sunday (when I'll be on in and out of polling stations all day) it's going to be freezing! Like Ukraine-cold! Crap. Looks like I'll be packing my moon boots!
